Now Hiring - LANDSCAPE ACCOUNT MANAGER for Commercial Landscape Company- Palm Beach in Palm Beach, FL

Our Commercial Landscaping Company is currently offering a LANDSCAPE ACCOUNT MANAGER opportunity for a candidate with a background and work-related experience in all phases of lawn maintenance & landscape services. Must be hands-on and have a clean Florida driver's license. The Account Manager will fully manage an account as the single source of accountability.

The ideal candidate will have successful experience interfacing with customers, a thorough understanding of the commercial landscaping industry, and a willingness to grow.

This opportunity is for a full-time position as a Landscape Account Manager working onsite.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage the day-to-day operations of your account to ensure that your crews and customers' needs are always addressed.
• Oversee landscape maintenance crews and Irrigation technicians for your account.
• Meet with customers regarding work orders or concerns.
• Communicate with the Property manager daily.
• Identify staffing needs and assist with acquiring, managing, and retaining talent
• Conduct and/or coordinate all required training to ensure employees are adequately trained and able to effectively perform and improve in their job.
• Create reports in Word and excel.
• Drive the crew to the account location and back to the facility.
• Strong steward-leadership qualities - you are not afraid to jump in and help wherever help is needed with an ample dose of humility (i.e., no task is beneath you).
• Excellent communication skills – being proactive is your number one goal, whether with the customer or your crew members.
• To ensure quality, provide excellent organization management, leadership, and communication between the customer and our teams.
• Identify and communicate resources needed to complete the job.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscaping maintenance experience as a manager required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Bilingual Spanish and English ( a plus)
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Florida Plant Materials and Turf
• Clean Florida Driver's License. Ability to drive a dump truck and trailer
• Work Order Response oriented
• Experience in Estimatingand preparing quotes.

Job is full time

Salary as from $63,000.00/year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
